TERMS & CONDITIONS

_____________________ (“Customer”) wishes to hire Sweet Stems Flower Preservation for floral preservation services and hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:

DEPOSIT: 50% of total balance is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days after florals are received.

PAYMENT: The deposit and remaining balance will be paid in one of the following methods: Cash, Check, VENMO (@cashdecorrentals), Cash App ($cashdecor) or ACH bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If customer chooses to cancel order, deposit will be forfeited.

FLORAL CONDITON: Customer understands that several factors can affect the quality and color of the flowers including, but not limited to, what condition we receive them in, the quality of the original flower (grocery store rose vs. boutique/designer rose), if they were painted/dyed or sprayed with chemicals, etc. We dry the flowers in silica prior to casting in epoxy which can also alter the color, typically flowers dry darker. We cannot guarantee that flowers will retain their original color.

UNUSED FLOWERS: When designing your piece, we choose the best quality flowers. Flowers not used in your pieces will become the property of Sweet Stems Flower Preservation.

PICK UP/SHIPPING: Your order must be picked up at our location within 3 weeks after completion. If customer wishes to have order shipped, customer is responsible for full cost of shipping. 45 days after completion all moneys and flowers are considered abandoned. They will become the property of Sweet Stems Flower Preservation.

ISSUES WITH ORDER: Sweet Stems stands behind the quality of our work. If for any reason you have a problem with your order after receiving it, please be sure to contact us immediately so we can make arrangements to correct the problem. Workmanship and materials are guaranteed for 90 days from the date the keepsake is delivered. All repairs will be done at no cost during this period. Damage due to mishandling is not covered by this warranty. For damage or any work done after the warranty period, we will be happy to make any repairs at a reasonable cost.

NATURAL DISASTER: Sweet Stems Preservation is not responsible for damage or loss of flowers due to fire, flood, equipment failure or any other acts of nature beyond our control. However, Sweet Stems Preservation shall immediately notify Customer and may offer to refund Customer’s payment or to replace the flowers, at our discretion.

Your signature and deposit place you under contract with Sweet Stems Flower Preservation. I have fully read, understand and agree to all terms stated in this contract.
